Judikiss ("we", "Platform") deeply respects the privacy of every individual who uses our services. This Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose your personal information when you access or use the judikiss platform – whether through the judikiss.win website or the judikiss mobile app.

Judikiss retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose of collection or as required by applicable Malaysian law. The following are general guidelines for our retention periods:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration your account remains active on judikiss and for a reasonable period thereafter for support purposes.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Malaysian financial and tax legal requirements.
• KYC and identity verification records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the business relationship ends, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Support communication logs: Retained for three (3) years for quality control and dispute resolution purposes.
• Cookie and analytics data: Session data is deleted when the session ends; aggregated analytics data is retained for no more than two (2) years.

Once the designated retention period has ended, your data will be securely deleted or permanently anonymised from judikiss systems.

Judikiss reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new platform features. Each new version of the Privacy Policy will be published on this page with the latest "Updated" date.
